🌿 What is OOLLTEA?

Leaves, branches, and stems from tea trees that have grown naturally for over three years are used whole, harvested from tea gardens in the mountains of Shizuoka.
They are carefully roasted in an iron pot over a wood fire, then aged for over six months to create Sannenbancha, which is then made into an instant powder that can be enjoyed simply by adding hot water.
